Best Property Management offers a personal, professional service based on over twenty-five years of experience in property management.

We will:

• Find the right tenant for your property.
• Complete all tenancy documentation.
• Provide monthly statements, and end of tax year summary/invoices.
• Organise repairs & maintenance for your property.
• Pay accounts on your behalf.
• Carry out regular inspections, smoke alarm checks, and rent reviews.

We offer a professional service at a very competitive rate of 8.5%+GST. The only extra cost is a shared $175+GST marketing fee for a change in tenancy.
